CNA/Home Health Aid Skills Competency Testing

This training is designed to test the skills of any caregiver and is most often utilized by Home Health, Home Care, Assisted Living and Nursing Homes to fulfill annual supervisor evaluation requirements. Alliance Care's fully equipped Medical Care Lab provides the setting for this training and you can be confident that this training will provide your company with assurance that their employees have the basic skills to provide proper home care services. The Lab and testing curriculum are designed to satisfy Georgia Department of Human Resources, Aging Division standards.

The Lab utilizes a state of the art Medical Training Manikin, hospital bed, wheel chair, walker, cane, isolation hampers, transfer equipment, and supplies. When necessary, the nurse will provide remedial instruction for proper technique. As a Home Health or Home Care delivery company, you can know that your employees will demonstrate to the instructor the skills required for basic in the home or facility care. Our nurse will then immediately issue to your company the results of the testing
